1. Locker Rental Agreement

When you reserve a locker through our website, you are agreeing to our rental terms and conditions. Your rental period begins once the locker is reserved, and you will be provided with a unique access code.

2. Rental Timeframe

  • Flexible Rental Periods: Lockers are available for rent on an hourly, daily, or weekly basis. The rental period begins when the locker is confirmed, and ends when the locker is unlocked and the transaction is completed.
  • Overtime Charges: If the locker is not unlocked by the end of the agreed rental period, additional charges may apply. The system will automatically charge for the next time frame (e.g., hourly or daily rate).

3. Locker Access

  • Unique Code: After confirming your reservation, you will receive a unique access code. This code must be shared with the courier for them to unlock and access the locker.
  • Courier Access: Couriers can only access the locker within the rental time frame. Make sure to share the code with your courier in advance to ensure they can complete the parcel drop-off or pick-up during the rental period.

4. Usage Guidelines

  • Parcel Size & Weight: Please ensure that the parcel fits within the dimensions and weight limits of the locker you rent. We offer different locker sizes to accommodate various parcel types.
  • Locker Condition: Users are responsible for ensuring that the locker is locked securely after use. Any damage to the locker will be the responsibility of the renter, and additional fees may apply for repairs.

5. Cancellations and Modifications
